Odell Hall is the Director of Facilities, Safety, and Security for Montgomery General Hospital. His duties include overall management responsibilities for Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Environmental Services, Construction, Grounds, Security, and he also serves as the hospital's Safety Officer. Ha has been at the hospital for over 14 years. He is Certified Healthcare Environmental Manager, a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional, and a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager.

Kathy is a Healthcare Sales Executive for Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc., a local provider of industrial communication and security systems. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from Columbia Union College and has enjoyed extensive experience in the healthcare market, including a tenure at Doctors Community Hospital, as Operations Manager and several years as a Business Office Manager / Financial Counselor at The New York Hospital.

She attributes her sales success to a strong focus on understanding the unique communication challenges of each customer. She developed an educational program to assist healthcare professionals understand the opportunities technology presents to control costs and streamline demands on their staff. She has become a familiar resource in the healthcare engineering arena as she has served as Treasurer of the National Capital Healthcare Engineering Society since 1996 and has been a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers since 1998.  

As a resident enjoying many benefits of Prince George’s County since 1983, Kathy serves as a Director on the Prince George’s County Board of Trade. Noting the importance of being involved in the community Kathy has served as PTA President for several years and is an active member of Solid Rock Church in Riverdale.

Philip Obianwu has been a Project Manager at the Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office since May 2007. Mr. Obianwu manages design and construction projects nationally with annual budget totaling over $25 million. Prior to moving to VACO, Mr. Obianwu was the Associate Chief, Facilities Management Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington , DC since1993. Philip was responsible for the Engineering Division that consisted of Plant Operations, Utility Systems, Building Trades Unit, Energy Management Program and Planning, Design and Construction sections with annual budget totaling over $15 million. Philip also previously managed the design and construction program at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Philadelphia between 1989 and 1993. Mr. Obianwu managed several significant projects at the VA Medical Center in New Orleans , Louisiana before joining the VA Medical Center in Philadelphia .  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of New Orleans , a Masters degree in Engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans , and a Masters degree in Health Services Administration from Saint Joseph ’s College in Standish , Maine . Mr. Obianwu is also a doctorate student at California Southern University distant learning program.
