On April 19th a chapter meeting was held with ASHE past president Jim Shoemaker, FASHE facilitating a role playing sequence depicting interaction between a Facilities Manager and his CEO.  This was a very educational and entertaining demonstration.

Healthcare Facility Managers Association of Deleware Valley, Inc. (HFMADV) Jeffrey H. Forman, President.  The HFMADV April meeting featured a very enlightening power point presentation on the control and prevention of legionella presented by Betz Dearborn.  The HFMADV annual golf outing will be held on June 7th.  contact Bill Pierce at 215.751.2934 for more information.

Executive Hospital Engineers of New Jersey (EHENJ) – Michael Weissmann, President 

Meetings are held on the last Thursday of the month at the Virtua Healthcare Facility in Voorhees, NJ.  At the April meeting a very informative educational topic was an update on refrigerant regulations and the impact on the choice of HVAC equipment.
